Our beauty client is seeking a highly experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead end-to-end change initiatives supporting large-scale transformation programs. This role is critical in ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across a complex, global organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned change practitioner (10–15+ years) with a proven track record owning and executing change strategies—not just advising. This individual will operate as a hands-on change lead, driving impact assessment, stakeholder alignment, communications, and training to ensure measurable adoption and business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies aligned to transformation goals
Conduct detailed impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness evaluations
Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success measures
Proactively identify change risks and implement mitigation strategies
Own execution across communications, training, and engagement plans—not just oversight
Develop and deliver structured communication strategies tailored to multiple audience levels
Partner with SMEs to design and deploy effective training programs that drive adoption
Ensure change initiatives translate into sustainable behavior change
Build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Influence decision-making and drive alignment across complex organizational structures
Act as a trusted advisor while also maintaining accountability for execution
Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics post-implementation
Continuously refine change strategies based on feedback and data insights
Ensure initiatives are embedded into business operations with minimal disruption
Requirements:
10–15+ years of dedicated change management experience (not HR, training, or adjacent functions)
Proven experience serving as the change lead on large-scale transformation initiatives
Background from a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., strategy or transformation practices)
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Deep expertise in impact assessment, change mitigation, communications, and training execution
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership engagement
Experience driving adoption across complex, cross-functional organizations
