Our beauty client in NYC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change management initiatives across the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals
  • Conduct impact assessments, defining change readiness metrics
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders from senior leadership to frontline employees to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during periods of transformation
  • Ensure successful implementation of strategic projects and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in change management specifically
  • Proven record leading change initiatives as the change lead
  • Top tier consulting firm experience
  • Works independently and hands-on execution capability
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
