Job Description:

The Organizational Change Management Lead will support the ERP transformation by driving stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and long-term success of the new system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the change management approach and timeline
  • Partner with stakeholders to support adoption and readiness
  • Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments
  • Develop communication, training, and sustainment strategies
  • Track and escalate risks, issues, and decisions
  • Monitor progress and provide regular status reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong ability to build trust in remote or hybrid environments
  • Experience designing and delivering training
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations
  • Familiarity with financial and/or human capital management systems
  • Change management certification
