The Organizational Change Management Lead will support the ERP transformation by driving stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and long-term success of the new system.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the change management approach and timeline
Partner with stakeholders to support adoption and readiness
Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments
Develop communication, training, and sustainment strategies
Track and escalate risks, issues, and decisions
Monitor progress and provide regular status reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
Strong ability to build trust in remote or hybrid environments
Experience designing and delivering training
Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations
Familiarity with financial and/or human capital management systems
