Job Description:

Robert Half Management Resources/Protiviti is currently looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead change initiatives for a client's Oracle HCM implementation. In this role, you will focus on driving adoption of new processes and technologies while minimizing disruption to business operations. The OCM Consultant will work closely with the client team, SI partners, and others to drive change management activities throughout the course of the Oracle HCM implementation. This role can be done primarily remotely, although occasional travel may be required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a tailored change management strategy that aligns with the system roadmap
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and potential risks
  • Define measurable success metrics and key performance indicators to track adoption and impact
  • Partner with executives, HR leaders, IT teams, and functional managers to align on change objectives and encourage active participation in change initiatives
  • Guide leadership and managers on their roles in fostering user adoption and reinforcing change initiatives
  • Design and execute targeted communication plans to ensure clear messaging tailored to various audiences
  • Collaborate with training teams to create and deliver role-specific training programs based on change impacts
  • Monitor post-implementation adoption rates and address resistance through effective mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular updates and actionable insights to project leaders and stakeholders
  • Integrate change management activities seamlessly into the overall project plan while coordinating with system integrators and SMEs

Requirements:

  • Certification in Prosci Change Management methodology is required
  • Proven expertise in driving organizational change and managing user adoption
  • Strong skills in business process re-engineering and aligning processes with technology implementations
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective communication and training strategies
  • Ability to assess organizational readiness and develop impactful mitigation plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to define and measure adoption success metrics
  • Familiarity with compensation analysis and its role in organizational change initiatives
