Our client, a large professional services client, is looking to hire an Organizational Change Management/Change Manager for a 3 month remote contract. The consultant will be asked to travel nationally up to 25-30%. The consultant will lead end-user-facing technology rollouts. The immediate focus is a large-scale Microsoft 365 / OneDrive deployment. The consultant will drive user adoption, create long-term training structures, and prepare the IT service desk for rollout. The team is looking for candidates who can clearly demonstrate hands-on experience leading change initiatives end-to-end, with the ability to connect OCM activities to measurable business outcomes and KPIs. Strong candidates should be able to articulate how they’ve applied established methodologies in real-world scenarios, operate independently, and adapt quickly within fast-paced engagements.
