Job Description

Now Hiring: Organizational Change Management Consultant. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where it doesn’t exist, and knows how to bring people along through transformational change. You’ll lead OCM planning and coordination for some of the organization’s most impactful system implementation programs. These initiatives require strong cross‑functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and clear, consistent communication. You’ll be the connective tissue between project teams, business stakeholders, and the enterprise OCM function.

Job Responsibility

  • Building end‑to‑end change management plans for large, complex initiatives
  • Conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning
  • Translating project outputs into clear change impacts and stakeholder‑specific messaging
  • Facilitating alignment on communications, training responsibilities, and change approach
  • Coordinating across Accounting, Credit, Field Operations, Transformation Product Managers, and the OCM Foundation team
  • Drafting communications using existing templates and driving feedback loops
  • Leading weekly execution check‑ins, tracking progress, and escalating risks
  • Establishing accountability models and ensuring execution teams stay on track
  • Orchestrating training delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and/or communications
  • Experience in project‑based environments or consulting
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Finance background preferred - Ability to navigate financial concepts (debits/credits, credit processes, accounting workflows)
  • Experience supporting systems implementations (not HR process change)
  • Proven success leading or supporting large‑scale, enterprise‑wide change
  • High resilience, flexibility, and comfort with constructive feedback
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice to have

  • Prosci or CCMP certification
  • Experience in agriculture or consumer finance
  • Background supporting customer‑facing or field‑facing change initiatives
