The OCM Consulting Architect/Sales Lead is a high-impact role within ACSM, responsible for shaping and growing consulting sales and leading delivery engagements across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, and the US). In this role, you will help customers move beyond technology deployment to true organizational transformation by designing and selling services that drive adoption of Microsoft AI and cloud solutions at scale. You will also lead the delivery of these projects. You will deliver these adoption and OCM services and closely collaborate with customers to build the change strategies, leadership alignment, and custom adoption plans needed to realize business value, accelerate time to impact, and create the operating model required to become a frontier firm. You will work closely with Sales and Delivery leaders, account teams, industry stakeholders, and global Microsoft teams to position innovative change and adoption solutions that help customers overcome organizational barriers, activate people-led transformation, and maximize the business impact of AI. Success in this role means influencing both strategy and execution—helping customers adopt with confidence, scale with purpose, and translate AI ambition into sustained value creation.
