Job Responsibility:

  • OCM strategy, Stakeholder analysis
  • OCM tactical plans including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communication, learning and enablement, change risk, measurement, and business readiness
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Plans (in detail)
  • Training & Enablement Strategies, plans and reporting
  • Resistance Management Strategy
  • Measurement of Adoption Metric reporting

Requirements:

  • Prosci/ADKAR certification or similar
  • 5+ yrs in OCM role for delivery of large scale, complex technology programs
  • Experience in modern change management practices related to technology
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent and/or Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Professional in Human Resources, IABC Accredited Business Communicator
  • Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles
  • High adoption rates of new technologies
