Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Trainee to support Information System Security (ISS) Control and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) at CACIB Seoul. In this role, Trainee will work closely with Management and the Head of Organization on local ad-hoc tasks, as well as cross-functional projects across various business lines and global branches.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in providing local training to raise awareness towards ISS for new joiners
  • Assist performing the 1st control of Head Office and local controls concerning ISS
  • Coordinate CACIB’s BCP arrangement in accordance with the business line’s needs
  • Assist performing BCP related exercises defined in HO Governance Text as 1st checker
  • Assist Management / Head of Org. on any crisis situation
  • Assist on coordination of local, regional and head office projects on office automation, application systems enhancement and maintenance
  • Consolidate local procedures and assist on reviewing and streamlining departmental procedure to enforce work standards and controls
  • Assist Head of Org. and Management on rolling out ad-hoc projects of CACIB Seoul

Requirements

  • Candidates who have completed all graduation requirements and are available to start work from June
  • Candidates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadline
  • Excellent level of Korean and English both written and oral
  • Dynamic and pro-active mindset
  • Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
