Requirements

A recognised qualification in training/coaching or OD at Level 3 or above or equivalent
Strong experience in organisational development and learning
Excellent facilitation and analytical skills
A high level of autonomy with the ability to influence at all levels
Passionate about enhancing employee engagement and collaboration
A qualified (or equivalent or working towards) practitioner in behavioural instruments (specifically e.g. MBTi, Insights, DISC, Belbin etc.)

Job Responsibility

Lead change initiatives that enhance organisational performance
Develop talent by coaching and supporting individuals to unlock their full potential
Design, implement, and evaluate innovative organisational development programmes
Collaborate with People Partners to embed a new performance management approach
Conduct diagnostics to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
Facilitate change management processes and enhance acceptance amongst employees
Review and improve current coaching and mentoring approaches
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, providing reports and recommendations
