Job Responsibility

  • Shape how Vodafone Ireland delivers its strategy by designing organisations that are clear, effective and built for the future
  • Act as a trusted internal consultant, enabling Vodafone Ireland to deliver its strategy through effective organisation design, clear accountabilities and efficient ways of working
  • Drive organisational effectiveness by designing and delivering fit‑for‑purpose organisational structures, operating models and ways of working
  • Assess current operating model designs and organisation structures, carrying out as‑is analysis to evaluate effectiveness, duplication, spans and layers, alignment to strategy, and opportunities related to AI and automation
  • Develop clear recommendations and design target‑state operating models and structures
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HRBPs
  • Conduct an annual organisation health review for each business area
  • Support longer‑range planning of headcount and employment costs
  • Support job architecture and governance
  • Continuously improve ways of working by identifying inefficiencies, duplication and organisational friction
  • Lead organisation‑wide transformation projects
  • Use organisational, performance and engagement data to inform diagnosis and prioritisation

Requirements

  • A trusted advisor with strong organisational insight, curiosity and a bias for action
  • Ability to simplify complexity, translate strategy into practical organisational solutions and use data to drive better outcomes
  • Confidence to challenge constructively, work in ambiguity and partner with leaders to improve performance, accountability and ways of working
  • Strong experience in organisational effectiveness, organisation design, HR transformation or consulting, ideally within a global matrix environment
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to deliver organisational change
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate insight into practical, actionable solutions
  • Commercial mindset, with experience in workforce planning, cost optimisation and organisational efficiency
