Job Description:

We are looking to appoint a talented and motivated Learning and Development Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a key role within the Organisational Development team, supporting the Trust’s People and Culture agenda. You will champion continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to promote, shape and embed the organisation’s development vision across the Trust.

Requirements:

  • Proven Learning and Development experience gained within large, complex and fast-paced organisations
  • Strong learning design, facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver impactful development solutions that drive organisational performance
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and attention to detail while managing competing demands
  • Must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK
