Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate change-related meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and training activities, managing scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain and update essential change documentation, including registers, presentations, change activity schedules, and readiness trackers
  • Support the preparation of reporting inputs, monthly change reports, dashboards, and governance materials to provide visibility on risks and milestones
  • Assist with the coordination of change impact assessment activities, including workshop preparation and collating stakeholder inputs
  • Track actions, decisions, and dependencies arising from change meetings, workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement activities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative, coordination, project, or program support within an ICT delivery or business transformation environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage stakeholder needs across several work streams
  • Proven experience coordinating meetings and workshops, including preparing materials, recording minutes, and managing action logs
  • High capability in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience supporting a change management team or utilizing collaboration tools like Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Microsoft Planner is highly desirable
