The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking multiple Senior Organisational Change Managers (OCM) to lead and deliver change management activities across a portfolio of projects.
Job Responsibility:
Development of a change management framework and templates, to uplift change management maturity
Providing strategic advice and coaching to project and program teams drive successful adoption, manage resistance, and improve business confidence through stakeholder engagement, communication and robust change plans
Working closely with the Portfolio Office to develop and execute overarching change strategies, roadmap and integrated plans for the Branch, to minimise change fatigue
Requirements:
Experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks, strategies and plans across portfolios of work
Leading and executing change management activities across complex portfolios, programs and projects in the Public Sector
Applying and integrating change management methodologies to program delivery, and project waterfall and agile delivery
Experience in benefits realisation management, including development of benefits artefacts and ongoing benefits management
Proven experience in tailoring change management methodologies to meet the complexities of programs and projects
