Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on OE Partner to shape and deliver organisation design and workforce change. You’ll support leaders through changes that affect roles, teams and accountabilities; translate strategic intent into something deliverable; and balance pace and cost with good design and fair, thoughtful colleague treatment. This role is judgement-led rather than theoretical, and works shoulder-to-shoulder with People Partners, OE colleagues and change teams.

  • apply practical change methods (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR) while focusing on outcomes and colleague impacts

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering people change (e.g., restructures or operating model shifts)
