The role focuses on enterprise organisation design, operating model effectiveness, workforce strategy, organisational governance, HR technology enablement, organisational performance, and large-scale transformation. The successful individual will work globally across corporate and regional stakeholder groups.

Requirements:
Minimum degree educated ideally Masters
