A global consumer & hospitality organisation is seeking an Organisation Design professional to join an Organisation Effectiveness and Organisation Design function. The role focuses on enterprise organisation design, operating model effectiveness, workforce strategy, organisational governance, HR technology enablement, organisational performance, and large-scale transformation. The successful individual will work globally across corporate and regional stakeholder groups.
