Job Description:

We are seeking an Organic SEO Specialist to own and execute our end-to-end organic growth strategy. This role blends SEO, content, and website optimization to turn strong traffic into real conversions. The website is visually strong and already getting traction through GA4, but it is not fully optimized for search or lead generation — this role will bridge that gap. This position requires someone who brings ideas and executes them, not just audits. You will be responsible for taking content from concept through blog, website backend, and performance tracking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own organic SEO strategy and execution across the website and content channels
  • Create and optimize content from idea to published blog and web pages
  • Perform keyword research and map content to search intent and conversion goals
  • Optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, page structure, and content)
  • Improve conversion rates by aligning SEO, UX, and content strategy
  • Use GA4 to analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexing, page speed, and site structure
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align SEO with lead generation efforts
  • Support outbound and inbound growth through HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo (list building
  • no automation)
  • Bring new growth ideas and directly implement them

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of hands-on SEO and content optimization experience
  • Strong experience with content creation and optimization for organic search
  • Experience managing SEO within a CMS (publishing, optimizing, and maintaining site content)
  • Proven ability to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and execute without heavy oversight
  • Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams
