Job Description:

We are looking for employed auditors to inspect organic food facilities in the London region. As representatives of the Soil Association you need to be professional and personable in how you approach your work. Be able to connect with a variety of people from various communities and backgrounds and help deliver excellent customer service. The auditor role is also a critical customer service role responsible for delivering excellence in how you communicate, behave and respond to our licensees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect organic food facilities in the London region
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage licensee liaison before, during, and after visits
  • Manage time management of diaries and audits
  • Manage feedback during inspections including discussing non-compliant matters and actions required for improvement

Requirements:

  • Auditing experience
  • Background in food manufacturing
  • Awareness of pressure and demands in the industry
  • Confidence, knowledge and authority
  • Full driving licence
