Job Description

Ten Speed is a fully remote organic growth agency that helps B2B companies grow through strategic content, AEO, and SEO. We’re hiring an Organic Growth Specialist to drive content creation by writing briefs, executing on-site optimizations for SEO, and interviewing subject matter experts.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop Content Briefs: Research keywords, audiences, and topics from the client content strategy
  • Integrate AI Tools: Use AI tools (Claude, AirOps) in your workflow for content production
  • Execute On-Site Optimization: Improve internal linking, on-page SEO, and content formatting
  • Collaborate with SMEs: Identify content gaps and conduct interviews with subject matter experts
  • Manage Link Building: Set targets, track backlinks, and support outreach efforts
  • Handle CMS Publishing: Upload and format content in client CMS platforms
  • Support Client Communication: Join client calls to share updates and discuss content direction

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO and/or content marketing
  • Documented experience writing or editing
  • Intermediate SEO knowledge
  • Experience using AI tools for content production
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable engaging with clients in a collaborative way
  • Strong sense of ownership and detail-oriented mindset

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Direct technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO programs across a multi-client portfolio. Oversee site audits, keyword and topic strategy, internal linking, schema/structured data, site architecture, and authority-building. Partner with the Development Team on technical SEO requirements (Core Web Vitals, indexability, rendering, hreflang, structured data) and with content teams on topical authority and editorial planning
  • CRO & Experimentation Leadership: Own the agency's experimentation discipline. Set the testing roadmap, prioritization framework, and statistical rigor across client A/B and multivariate testing programs. Personally design and review high-stakes experiments.
