Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement AI-enhanced organic growth strategies that merge traditional SEO practices with advanced optimization frameworks
Work closely with SEO, AI, and analytics teams to shape data-informed content strategies
Establish and manage a robust testing framework to validate the impact of technical changes, schema updates, and AI prompts
Oversee technical SEO improvements including structured data enrichment, Core Web Vitals, and schema integrations
Develop dashboards and models to evaluate AI's contribution to traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
Generate predictive insights and translate them into actionable organic optimization tactics

Requirements:

Proven expertise in site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and bot accessibility
Deep knowledge of structured data and semantic entity optimization
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages
Strong familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-based optimization tools
Proficiency in analytics and SEO platforms (Adobe, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker)
Staying up-to-date on SEO trends, especially AI and multimodal search developments
Working cross-functionally in agile, data-driven environments
