Job Description:

Join us in shaping the future of travel content through AI innovation and data-driven strategies. As our Organic Growth Lead for Content, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how travellers discover and engage with TUI across digital platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Design and execute integrated AI-driven content strategies that accelerate organic growth across channels
Define logical structure and hierarchy of content assets using hub and spoke model to establish comprehensive topic clusters for core travel themes
Lead offsite content strategy and collaborate with Global PR/Brand teams to evolve link-building strategies
Drive prompt engineering and content experimentation using GenAI tools to produce, test, and optimize high-impact creative content formats
Develop strategies for community-based platforms and Q&A forums to drive high-intent organic traffic
Implement AI-driven content auditing frameworks to ensure existing content library remains competitive and up-to-date
Champion experimentation and hypothesis-driven growth campaigns

Requirements:

Proven experience in content strategy, growth marketing, or digital strategy with focus on content architecture, topic clustering, and structuring content for authority
Expertise in SEO fundamentals, AI content generation, and performance analytics
Demonstrated success in offsite SEO, link-building strategy, and collaborating with PR/Brand teams
Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative ideation, content optimization, and personalization at scale
Ability to interpret and translate data into actionable content structure and growth decisions
Up-to-date on SEO trends, especially AI and multimodal search developments
Thrive in agile environments working with product, data, and creative teams
