Job Responsibility

Handle routine policy administration and servicing within standard protocols

Equip with good communication
problem-solving skills in handling wide range of after-sales servicing requests (e.g. collateral assignments, change of policy ownership/life insured/beneficiary, policy surrender and claim, etc.), in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Keep data integrity and documentation standards within the CRM system and policy records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Exhibit positive, supportive behaviour in all interactions with co-workers

Review and update manuals, procedures or operational forms when necessary
Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed
Provide life insurance policy services to our clients including but not limited to handle policy services requests, obtaining and analysing statement, and inforce illustration, reporting preparations, etc. in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
