As an Orders Administrator, you will play a vital role in operations by ensuring all incoming orders are processed smoothly and efficiently, while contributing to exciting projects within a dynamic engineering environment.
Job Responsibility:
Uploading incoming order data to their SharePoint page
Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department
Cross-checking Proofs of Delivery (PODs) against order acknowledgements for accuracy
Requirements:
Excellent data input skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within our organisation
Proficiency in using SharePoint or similar platforms is a plus
Nice to have:
Proficiency in using SharePoint or similar platforms
What we offer:
Competitive salary of £28,000 per year
Full-time position with flexible hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-5pm
