We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Order to Cash (O2C) Process Expert on behalf of our client to join their leading global organization in the urban mobility sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing financial operations, driving automation, and supporting the strategic transition of processes to the expanding regional hub in Budapest.
Job Responsibility
Process optimization: spearhead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and identify opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance O2C efficiency
Transition management: provide expert support during the migration of O2C processes from European and African units to the central office, conducting gap analyses and risk management
System governance: coordinate IT-related system enhancements, evaluate business requirements, and report progress to senior management
Compliance and documentation: manage internal control systems (ICS) and perform regular checks on Segregation of Duties (SoD) to ensure institutional compliance
Operational excellence: facilitate complex problem-solving, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 2 years of subject matter expertise in O2C processes or 4 years of relevant experience in a similar financial domain
Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems
Proven track record in project management, specifically regarding process improvement, and automation
Fluency in English
Strong analytical mindset with an end-to-end approach to financial problem-solving
