twentyAI are supporting a PE backed manufacturing Company based in Barcelona. They require a senior Order to Cash manager. The successful candidate will oversee global business applications supporting end-to-end operational processes, driving system design, implementation, and ongoing support across enterprise platforms. This role acts as a key link between business functions and IT, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with operational needs across order processing, logistics, billing, and related workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead business systems supporting order-to-cash processes
  • Implement SAP S/4HANA (specifically SD and GTS) modules
  • Manage system improvements, integrations, and day-to-day operations
  • Work with finance, logistics, and customer teams to improve processes
  • Oversee system changes, incidents, and performance
  • Support digital transformation and ERP upgrades
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance, controls, and reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years in business systems or IT applications
  • Experience with enterprise systems and process improvement
