Job Description

Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) with focus on Order Management (order entry, validation, allocation, delivery coordination, billing handoff). Ability to manage order exceptions: price/discount mismatch, stock availability, delivery blocks, credit holds, master data errors, order amendments/cancellations. Understanding of order types, cut-offs, shipping conditions, and basic returns. Basic knowledge of customer master elements (bill-to/ship-to, payment terms, tax indicators) and their impact on order processing. Work exp in SAP.
