Job Responsibility

Process all incoming orders within the division on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Respond promptly and professionally to all telephone and email enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service
Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner to ensure smooth financial operations
Ensure customer-related KPIs are met, particularly in relation to disputed invoices
Maintain and update individual account files, ensuring all information is accurate and current
Liaise with couriers to track and manage customer deliveries effectively
Manage demand forecasting for all products in collaboration with Sales Managers and the Supply Chain team
