Job Description:

We are recruiting for our client who is a leader in their industry. We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Processor to join their team in Swanley. This role is a Temp to Perm contract (4-6 weeks temping initially) with working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibility:

Process a high-volume of product orders
Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with orders and queries
Process invoices for all sales transactions
Ensure customer data is up to date
Provide support in reporting sales data
Support the branch sales team with general operations
Take phone calls and respond to emails from customers in a timely manner
Communicate internally the feedback from customers

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
