Job Summary: Pulls, packs, and manifests orders in the fulfillment center on a daily basis as work requirements demand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pulls, packs, and manifests orders in the fulfillment center on a daily basis as work requirements demand
  • Knowledgeable of all jobs in the Fulfillment Center as they relate to picking, packing, and manifesting orders for shipment
  • Knowledgeable of the location system under Order Motion and have a thorough understanding of how to read and pick an order
  • Knowledgeable of the packaging operation in the Fulfillment center as it relates to box sizes, Order packaging, and bar code application
  • Knowledgeable of the manifesting procedures as they relate to Order Motion and the processes necessary to call an order up, weigh the package(s), print the labels, apply the labels, and close the order
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in a fulfillment or high volume warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of distribution/warehousing standards
  • Proficiency in working with computer systems
  • Communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and across the Company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work flexible, non-traditional, hours when necessary
  • Ability to work in an environment of severe heat/cold
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
