Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Staff member to join our team in Torrance, California. This Contract to permanent position involves managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with various departments. The role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding company standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process incoming customer orders with precision and efficiency
  • Monitor and address pending, unpaid, or shipment hold orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Update and manage customer records, including cancellations, name changes, and address modifications
  • Handle product returns and cancellations while ensuring proper documentation is maintained
  • Assist customers with regional registration updates and inquiries
  • Communicate with headquarters to resolve registration-related issues effectively
  • Identify and report system issues using designated ticketing platforms
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to address payment-related concerns and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the no-overtime policy and deadline adherence

Requirements:

  • Completion of some college coursework is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in data management or order processing is required
  • Proven ability to handle customer calls and accurately enter orders
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Capability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and ticketing platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work comfortably in an office environment
