We are looking for a highly organized Order Processing specialist to support efficient order fulfillment for our team in North Miami Beach, Florida. The person in this role will help ensure orders are entered correctly, monitored through shipment, and documented thoroughly while also assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility
Enter customer purchase requests into company systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Review order information carefully to confirm quantities, pricing, shipping details, and other key data are correct before release
Monitor order progress and shipment activity to help ensure deliveries stay on schedule
Provide customers with clear updates regarding order status, shipment timelines, and related questions
Maintain complete and well-organized files, records, and supporting documentation for each transaction
Assist with administrative duties such as document handling, scanning, and general office support as needed
Use spreadsheets, email, and word processing tools to manage information and communicate effectively across the workflow
Requirements
Prior experience in order processing, administrative support, or a similar office-based role is preferred
Strong data entry ability with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email, and other standard business software
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Solid organizational skills and the ability to keep files, records, and tasks well structured
Ability to perform basic calculations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with typing, scanning, and general clerical tasks that support daily operations
