We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support a busy operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable handling high volumes of orders in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system
Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and product details
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Update order status and maintain accurate records
Assist with resolving order discrepancies and customer inquiries
Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1–3 years of order processing, customer service, or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with ERP systems or order management systems preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
