We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales order processing, and production support-perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
Job Responsibility
Process sales orders accurately using internal systems
Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
Track orders from start to finish and keep customers updated
Support production planning, scheduling, and packaging coordination
Manage paperwork, works orders, invoicing, and documentation
Maintain records, pricing, and stock alignment
Handle queries, complaints, and build strong customer relationships
Support quality checks and continuous process improvements
Requirements
Experience in a Sales Admin role or Order processing
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work across teams
Comfortable with systems (ERP/CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask
