Are you experienced in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination? Our client, a rapidly growing business based in Guildford, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑driven individual to join their dynamic team! As an Order Processing Co‑ordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end customer order lifecycle, ensuring all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered to the highest standard of service.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into ERP systems
  • Coordinate stock levels and liaise with warehouse teams to meet demand and prevent delays
  • Act as a key point of contact for B2B customers, providing clear updates on order status
  • Monitor orders and deliveries, producing reports to track performance
  • Identify and suggest improvements to order processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • A proven track record working with international suppliers, particularly from China
  • Strong proficiency in ERP or order management systems, along with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail

Nice to have

Strong knowledge of export logistics and customs processes as well as experience with distributors and wholesale customers

  • Inspect incoming goods for visible damage, shortages or discrepancies, escalating issues to Procurement, suppliers, project teams or relevant stakeholders as required
  • Ensure delivered items are booked in accurately using relevant business systems, spreadsheets or inventory records
