The Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently via email and EDI, entering them into SAP (Symphony) by designated deadlines. This role also involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email regarding deliveries, pricing, product availability, and other order-related matters. Collaboration with internal departments in Maidenhead, as well as with colleagues in Germany and Ireland, will be a key aspect of the position.
