Job Description:

Customer Order Picker role at IKEA Exeter Fulfilment Team, ensuring every item is ready and waiting for customers with attention to detail and passion for perfection

Job Responsibility:

Picking all click and collect orders throughout the store and checking these customer orders are correct for delivery or hand-out
Ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations in your area
Work to ensure the efficiency of the fulfilment operation by working in simple, cost-conscious ways, developing, and sharing good examples of ways of working

Requirements:

Comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support with the checking of stock and to answer customer questions
Proactively look for tasks to be done and use initiative to complete them in an efficient and effective manner
Have an adaptable mindset allowing to switch between different tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes
Work with guidance from manager to achieve set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working
