Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is heavily focused on accurate and efficient order picking, ensuring materials and products are selected, verified, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets and shipping documentation
  • Verify product quantities and specifications to ensure order accuracy
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
  • Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Assist with packing and preparing outbound shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety and warehouse procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in order picking within a warehouse environment required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer or inventory system knowledge preferred
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Understanding of shipping and logistics processes is a plus
