Job Description

Looking for a career opportunity in Barrie? Company will train warehouse order picking - great career opportunity! • Join a company on a bus route - in Barrie - Location South end, Barrie! • Work - Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:30 pm • Requirements must be willing to learn a warehouse operation - picking and packing orders - Opportunity for full-time hire • Pay rate $19.50 hrly to start - paid weekly

Job Responsibility

Preparing orders
Packing pallets once the products are ready
Organizing the merchandise in the warehouse and other related tasks
Pull products from shelves and ensure that they are not damaged
Ensure the accuracy of each order
Ensure a clean working area at all times
Must be comfortable lifting 30lbs

Requirements

Must be willing to learn a warehouse operation - picking and packing orders
Able to stand and walk for 9 hours
Light lifting - Team player with a good attitude
Comfortable using computers
Willing to learn scanning and computers
Safety shoes - good communication skills

Experience: Prior experience working as an order picker, packer, or warehouse clerk. Forklift experience is considered a great asset (but not required). Languages: Mandatory bilingualism (fluent in both English and French). Aptitudes: High motivation, dynamic energy, and a fast, reliable pace of work. Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift loads ranging from 30 to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Safety: Steel-toe safety boots are mandatory.

Warehouse Support: Assist with inventory placement and perform other general warehouse duties as required to support the team.
