Order Picker Forklift Operator

• Safely operate an Order Picker Forklift in both narrow and wide aisles
• Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners
• Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Follow wire-guided systems (preferred but not required)
• Perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to all safety protocols
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support team operations

• Proven experience operating Order Picker forklifts
• A valid forklift license
• Confidence working at heights in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Minimum 6 months of experience operating an Order Picker forklift (mandatory)
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environments
• Valid external forklift license
• Fall Arrest Certification (required)
• Experience with wire guidance systems (preferred)
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 lbs
• Professional references required
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail
