Job Responsibility

Operate Order Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners
Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and staging products
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
Perform shipping and receiving duties
Replenish inventory and stock locations as required
Operate additional warehouse equipment such as Power Walkie and Power Pallet Jack (where applicable)
Lift and move products weighing 40–50 lbs

Requirements

Hold a valid forklift license for reach truck and sit down forklift
Possess a reliable way to drive to our Edmonton location

Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, and move LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight
Navigate a fast-paced cross-dock environment efficiently to keep up with high-volume shipments
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace under tight timelines
Earn a permanent, full-time position after a few months based on your great performance and attendance
Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)

Conduct pre-operational safety inspections on the material handling equipment daily and report any maintenance issues immediately
Use RF scanners or warehouse management system paperwork to accurately track product movements and maintain inventory integrity
Assist with general warehouse duties including palletizing, wrapping skids, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment
