Job Description:

Are you looking for a foot in the door with a growing, health-focused company? Our client in Delta is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Picker Packer to join their team! You’ll be working with a variety of natural health products including supplements, essential oils, and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you're motivated, organized, and legally eligible to work in Canada, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pick customer orders
  • Ensure order picked matches pick/ship copy and/or invoice copy
  • Follow procedures outlined in shipping work instructions for special customers i.e. Mass market
  • Pack orders for protection while in transit
  • Palletize orders for shipping
  • Complete required shipping paperwork
  • Record the appropriate information in Excel based shipping files
  • Clean and organize packing area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma (OSSD)
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar environment is considered an asset
  • Have the ability to multitask in a fast and ever-changing environment
  • Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand and walk for prolonged hours
  • Able to lift up to 50 LBS on a consistent basis
  • Excellent attention to details

  • Manage inventory control by accurately labeling and transferring stock from bulk warehouse locations to picking areas
  • Contribute to general warehouse duties, including re-stocking supplies and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe logistics environment
  • Report to and support the warehouse manager with various projects and tasks related to warehouse operations
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure workplace for yourself and your colleagues
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner within a fast-paced, high-output setting
