The role focuses on managing and resolving partner and customer queries, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, and in-country teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Job Responsibility:
Manage workflow efficiently to meet targets and service standards
Process orders and returns accurately and on time
Check orders for completeness, pricing, and required documentation
Update customer information, order notes, and billing/shipping details
Act as the main contact for order-related inquiries
Follow company policies and ethical guidelines consistently
Assist with implementing and maintaining automated order processes
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in order entry, order management, or customer service roles
High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Solid communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team objectives
Able to work independently and take initiative when required
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Confident using computers and standard office software
Nice to have:
Experience working with SAP or other CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills
