Job Description:

If you speak German and English, want to join the Order Management Team and participate in the transformation projects for our Nordic client - APPLY!

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
Support continuous improvement of work processes
Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or similar order processing roles
Very good command of English (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
Very good command of German (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
Proven experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus

Nice to have:

Proven experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
