As part of our Customer Experience team, you are at the heart of our order fulfilment process. You ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently from order entry to final delivery, while proactively coordinating with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and process customer orders in SAP, including order changes
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and issues
Coordinate with logistics partners and customer warehouses to ensure on-time deliveries
Prepare and manage day-to-day customs and export documentation
Handle delivery discrepancies and logistics claims
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good working knowledge of SAP
Strong understanding of logistics and shipping processes, including export, international, and contract manufacturing orders
