Job Description

The Order Management & Logistics Intern, directly reporting to the Demand Planning & Logistics Senior Manager and operating within a structured manufacturing environment, will be focused on supporting inventory management and order processing activities, coordinating shipment preparation and operational communication across multiple company functions and logistics teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Receiving product requests from multiple company functions
  • Checking warehouse stock to assess product availability based on the requests received
  • Support in stock management, order processing, and shipment coordination
  • Entering orders into the system with product details and delivery address
  • Issuing picking lists for order preparation
  • Providing instructions to the logistics team regarding the courier/service to be used, after consultation with the Logistics Manager
  • Updating different teams on shipment status and merchandise delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field, or a strong interest in and basic understanding of logistics, operations, and inventory management
  • Good knowledge of Excel is essential
  • Fluent English required
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, with solid communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to have

  • familiarity with order management systems will be considered a plus
  • any additional languages would be an asset
