If you enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, collaborating across teams and continuously looking for better ways of working, you'll play a key role in shaping how customer orders are managed in the future. Order management sits at the heart of our customer experience, connecting sales, production, logistics and finance. You'll ensure customer orders move seamlessly from order entry through to invoicing while helping us build a more scalable, data-driven way of working. As part of our international Supply Chain Management team, you'll also contribute to ERP improvements and explore new automation and AI-assisted solutions, directly supporting both customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility
Own the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing from order receipt through to invoicing
Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, subsidiaries and distribution partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Work within Microsoft Dynamics AX while contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERP processes and tools
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual activities and contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives
Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures and training materials that support consistent ways of working
Contribute to projects that strengthen our order management capabilities, including AI-assisted tools and process improvements
Requirements
Experience in order management, order fulfilment or logistics coordination, with a solid understanding of the customer order lifecycle
Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage) and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good communication skills in both German (min C1) and English, enabling effective collaboration across international teams
A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
An interest in continuous improvement, digitalisation and finding smarter ways of working together
