Job Description

We are looking for an Order Management Coordinator for a top infant essential company in NYC! You must have a proven track record in order entry, order fulfillment, customer service and EDI. The Order Management Coordinator will act as a liaison between customers, sales reps, production department and 3PLs to support efficient order flow and fulfillment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage order entry and processing: manual, EDI, web portals for a specific group of customers
  • Review orders and shipping documents for accuracy and release to 3PL
  • Partner with sales team on all aspects of order management
  • Provide inventory availability to sales team and customers
  • Communicate with 3PLs on all aspects of order fulfillment
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and order status updates
  • Maintain accuracy of records in ERP system and various customer portals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of order entry experience in an ERP environment that includes both Amazon Seller Central/FBA and EDI order processing experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office Applications (intermediate Excel skills a must)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Business Central a plus
  • Exceptional organization skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual workplace
  • Excellent problem solving and self-starter skills important to navigate in a small organization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly across all levels
  • “Win together” mentality with cross-functional partners
