Job Responsibility:

  • Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into SAP, the Real-Time Product Configurator, and other internal IT systems
  • Validation: Perform technical checks on product orders and ensure all data is correctly communicated to the production departments
  • Agility & Coordination: Liaise daily with sales teams and production sites to streamline processes and monitor delivery deadlines
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers via email and telephone, proactively providing updates on order status

Requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree (e.g., in Logistics or Office Management)
  • You have an excellent command of English. Proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Polish, or Turkish is a strong asset
  • You have a strong affinity with IT tools
  • experience with SAP is a major plus
  • You are meticulous, a skilled multi-tasker, and able to perform well under pressure
  • You are available for a temporary role until the end of 2026 and are eager to fully commit to the team during this period.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Polish, or Turkish
  • experience with SAP
