We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to manage daily order processing and administrative operations during a temporary coverage period. This role is vital for ensuring accurate order entry, shipment coordination, and documentation control. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP/ERP transactions and shipping documentation, with the ability to step in quickly and maintain smooth operations during peak periods.
Job Responsibility:
Handle end-to-end order processing: taking, entry, confirmation, and tracking
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service for timely execution
Monitor inventory availability and support delivery scheduling
Respond to urgent orders and unexpected operational changes promptly
Prepare and organize shipping documents and reconciliation files
Assist with electronic/paper invoicing and provide basic accounting support
Maintain financial and regulatory documentation related to orders
Utilize SAP / ERP systems for data maintenance and shipment monitoring
Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
Provide ad hoc administrative support and coverage during team leave
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in order management, sales admin, logistics, or shipping documentation
Experience in fast-paced environments (Trading, Distribution, or Manufacturing) is preferred
Degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
