Job Responsibility

  • Work with existing customers or working in projects
  • Timely create Sales Order in ERP
  • Purchase components of project per purchase requirement
  • Tracking components OA & review components timely and keep those delivery on time
  • Checking and record commercial data of OA, provide project components status list to project engineer
  • Timely arrange logistics and reasonably use transportation mode
  • Timely arrange customs E book data to OEM to ensure that components arrived on time
  • Implement the bonded manual to assist factories in ensuring the registration and verification of bonded materials in compliance with regulations, ensuring a balanced account book
  • Handle vender’s invoice
  • Monitor the parts and schedule production on time according to customer demand and remind the line manager when the demand is peak
  • Monitor the pricing of extra cost of OEM
  • Timely provide delivery documents to customers and close ERP order
  • Timely record the data team required
  • Collect and sort out certificates
  • Assist in financial inventory
  • Timely record of submit the data team required
  • Analysis and improvement measures for Delivery on Time
  • Other jobs assigned by line manager

Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Strong knowledge of customs affairs in FTZ/BLP
  • Strong self-learning ability
  • Problem solving treat problems as opportunities, willing to learn problem solving tools and practice in daily work. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Handbook is a plus
  • Coordinate with others: Do proactive communication, build good relationship with other colleagues
  • Bachelor’s degree major and familiar with order handling
  • At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain area of manufacturing industry or customs affairs
  • Experienced in ERP system
  • Experienced in MS OFFICE esp.: excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English both in spoken and written
